I hope you are all ready for the last week of school for the
year. Thank you for all of your help in
getting your students to the airport for the Santa Flight. Despite the cold, I think we all had a
wonderful time. Also, thanks for brining
your students back with you…
I want to remind everyone that we will have our staff party
on Wednesday if you are able to make it.
We will also have our Christmas sing on Thursday and our Christmas movie
Friday. We will be watching Monsters
University. If you would please send any
of your TAs down to help supervise the movie.
Christmas – Please send me names of families that could use
help for Christmas. If you have students
that need winter clothing, please let me know when you send the names. Just a reminder for Christmas treats. At grade level, it was recommended that we do
the treats in the faculty room rather than presents for each other. It helps streamline the number of things that
have to be done during Christmas.
I hope you have all had a chance to use Close Reading in
your instruction. I appreciate Mrs.
Stokes for filling in for Mrs. Smith for the training this past week.
